The Painter is a recurring Last Church NPC and the focal point of his own event chain. He can be found in a chapel, guarded by two Inquisitors. If the 
Cultist engages and defeats the Inquisitors, he will give them a Relic in exchange for sparing his life. If the Cultist draws the correct symbol on the floor, he will become inspired and reward a Relic. If the Cultist restores the chapel to its original state, he will become inspired and reward a Relic.
